Can I take the show order forms home and order during the week? |

No. Show prices will be honored for orders written at the show only. The manufacturers have given these deals for the time they are present, Sunday only. |

What about my regular cash discount? |

All cash/quantity and show discounts have been netted in one cost. There are no other discounts available except for prompt payment. |

What is a prompt payment discount? |
| A: |
You are entitled to an extra 5% if payment is received in Hartford, CT within 30 days of our invoice date. This 5% can be deducted when payment is made and mailed to our office, postmarked 5 days prior to due date. It is not our sales representatives responsibility to remind you of the prompt payment deadline. |

What if I pay you in cash, is there a better price? |

No, we do not accept cash. We accept checks, money orders or wire transfers. |

How long before I receive my order? |

We will do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. Delays in processing may occur due to the large influx of orders. |

What if there are outs on my order? |

If outs occur we will automatically ship backorders unless we are told in advance that backorders will not be accepted. Backorders will be cancelled (unless we are told otherwise) 45 days after our show. Backorders under $500. will be cancelled. |

What about my credit limit? Can I order as much as I want? |

Credit limits for trade show orders will be based on your payment history. Those accounts with excellent payment history will not have a credit limit for their trade show order. |

What if I ordered more than I thought? |

Our drivers will not be allowed to separate the order at the time of delivery. If the entire order cannot be accepted, it will be returned to our warehouse. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. |
